Ukraine repulses ten Russian attacks and destroys 17 artillery systems, 38 armored vehicles and 7 drones

Ukraine's Joint Forces Operation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions shared the information on Facebook.

"During May 1, the Joint Forces military successfully repulsed 10 Russian attacks. Russian invaders bore losses," the statement says.

The Ukrainian military destroyed 2 Russian tanks, 17 artillery systems, 38 combat armored units and 10 vehicles. Air defense shot down 7 Russian UAVs over Donbas.

"In total, over the week, the Joint Forces repulsed 63 Russian attacks. They destroyed 45 tanks, 43 artillery systems, 4 special and 149 armored combat vehicles, 6 special combat vehicles, 3 units of special engineering automotive equipment, including 8 tankers and 4 anti-aircraft Russian launchers. Air defense units shot down 6 aircraft, 32 unmanned aerial vehicles and 2 cruise missiles of the Russian invaders," the Ukraine's Joint Forces headquarters noted.
