Polish FM Sikorski visits Kyiv to discuss joint security, countering Russian threats

On Friday, September 12, Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski arrived in Ukraine on a working visit

The Polish Foreign Ministry announced this on the social media platform X.

The ministry noted that Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha welcomed Sikorski at Kyiv railway station.

In turn, Andriy Sybiha noted on X that he was pleased to meet Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski and American journalist and historian Anne Applebaum at Kyiv railway station.

“Amid Russia’s escalating terror against Ukraine and provocations against Poland, we stand firmly together. Today we will hold substantive talks on our joint security, Ukraine’s EU and NATO accession, and pressure on Moscow. I thank Poland for its leadership and support,” emphasized the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.
