Ukraine needs long-range weapons to disarm Russian forces – southern command
Natalia Humeniuk, a spokesperson for Ukraine’s Operational Command South, emphasizes that Ukraine desperately needs long-range weapons
Command spokesperson Natalia Humeniuk said this on Espreso TV.
“In all our appeals to our partners, we say that this is a war of long-range weapons. The peculiarity of the south is that there are many areas of terrain that are completely open. There are no natural opportunities to hide. This territory is significantly cut by water obstacles. That is why we have a great need for long-range weapons,” Humeniuk emphasized.
According to the Operational Command South's spokesperson, Ukrainians need long-range weapons to push the enemy as far as possible.
“We want the enemy to be disarmed territorially. So that the occupiers do not have remote access to us, and then we can move forward. Long-range weapons are very important for us,” Humeniuk added.
