The Center for Countering Disinformation has published a selection of fake news that Russia produced on December 8
This is reported by Espreso.TV.
According to the National Security and Defense Council's Center for Countering Disinformation, on December 8, the Russians launched three major deceptions.
Disinformation: Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN Polyansky said: "The uncontrolled proliferation of weapons supplied by the West to Ukraine is a threat. It's no secret that a significant part of it goes to the black market, ending up with terrorist and criminal groups.”
Manipulation: One pro-Russian TG channel spread a message: "Even if Zelenskyy wants to make a peace deal, he will not be able to fulfill the demand, as Russia wants to talk only to the West, considering Kyiv a puppet. And politically, Ze will sign a historic death warrant for himself if he goes to negotiations.”
Disinformation: Another Russian TG channel writes: “There is information that at the last meeting of the 'UkroReich' it was decided to move all reserves and Western equipment to Avdiivka to hold the city. They believe that the loss of Avdiivka will deal a blow to Ukraine's prestige.”
- Russian propaganda is spreading fake information that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is allegedly going to flee to the United States with his family in the spring of 2024.
