This is reported by The New York Times.
According to the American publication's information, which managed to communicate with an anonymous high-ranking Ukrainian official, the attack on the Crimean bridge was organized by the Ukrainian Special Services.
The bomb was planted in a truck that was passing over the bridge at the same time as the train. It is not known whether the truck driver knew about the explosives.
Apparently, the truck driver died in the explosion.
