Dmytro Lubinets, Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, reported this on Telegram.
He called on relatives of captured defenders of Ukraine to submit to the National Information Bureau and Coordinating Headquarters for Treatment of Prisoners of War reliable information about injuries or mutilations received by servicemen during hostilities in order to record them in registers.
As Lubinets recalled, "during the international conference of ombudsmen in Ankara, he had a number of meetings with Commissioner for Human Rights of Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova.
