Ukraine and Europe must form a new Russian government that will become an alternative to Vladimir Putin

Russian opposition politician Ilya Ponomarev shared his opinion with Espreso.

"We need to take the lead in the democratic process and movement in the post-Soviet space. Ukraine is very well positioned for this. Ukraine needs to decide who will be the future Russian government. I believe that all European countries that are allies of Ukraine should join this process and form the new government of the Russian Federation and an alternative to Putin. I believe that this will be the most productive," he said.
