Ukraine develops mechanism to return children deported to Russia — Commissioner for Human Rights
Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets says that Ukraine has developed a mechanism to return Ukrainian children, which involves several stages

He said this during the Yalta European Strategy (YES).
The commissioner noted that this mechanism includes:

Development of a mechanism for obtaining lists of children.

Verification and updating of data.

Documenting the facts of crimes and identifying new circumstances.

Psychological rehabilitation of children upon return.

Creation of a special center for rehabilitation.

Opening humanitarian corridors.
"All these steps are being taken to ensure the safe return of Ukrainian children," Lubinets added.

On September 8, Ukraine returned 9 children who had been under temporary occupation to their parents. One of them survived Russian captivity and interrogations on trumped-up charges.
