Vladyslav Belbas, CEO of Ukrainian Armor, a manufacturer of personal protection equipment, says that the production and supply of 60-mm mortar ammunition in Ukraine is much cheaper than imported ammunition

He shared the information on Espreso TV.

"Our company is not only engaged in production, but can also supply ammunition by import for the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. That is why we have a complete picture of the price and technical parameters of imported and our ammunition. That is why I can confidently say that the ammunition produced by us is not worse in quality and technical characteristics than the imported ammunition," said Belbas.

Ukrainian Armor CEO noted that with a systematic order from the Ministry of Defense, Ukrainian ammunition producers can increase their production capacity.

"Our ammunition production is in a competitive price range with imported ammunition. For our customer, the price of ammunition is much cheaper than foreign supplies. Therefore, if our company could get a regular order from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, we could supply 60-mm mortar ammunition at a much lower price than the imported ammunition," he added.
