This is reported by the Russian publication Kommersant.
In March 2022, it's said that in Mariupol, the military supposedly caught a local person who was then ordered to be "killed by the commander."
“The marines believed he saw where they were and might have told the Russian military about it. Later, Pafitsevych tied a red armband to the murdered man's clothes, which shows support for the Russian army, so they could say the victim was a separatist,” the report said.
Ukrainian military are being sentenced due to the alleged mistreatment of civilians, forbidden ways in the fight, and killing together on a plan.
It is noted that another person's case is being thought about in court.
