Two Russia's region declare creation of Donbas commonwealth with terrorist LPR, DPR

This was announced by the Governor of Voronezh Oblast Alexander Gusev.

"During today's meeting, we will sign an agreement on the establishment of the Donbas commonwealth between Rostov and Voronezh regions, the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics. The agreement provides for the expansion of our trade and economic contacts, the creation of favorable conditions for the implementation of joint projects in the fields of industry, tourism, culture, education, and environmental protection," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to RIA Novosti, the document will come into force on March 1 and will be valid for five years.

• As a reminder, on September 20, the occupying Russian forces in Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia decided to hold "referendums" on the accession of these territories to the Russian Federation. The "referendums" lasted from September 23 to 27.
• The Russian invaders announced that they had counted 100% of the votes of the pseudo-referendum held in the occupied territories of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions.
• On September 30, 2022, Putin signed “agreements” on DPR, LPR, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions  "joining the Russian Federation".
