Trump’s Ukraine envoy Kellogg responds to Russia’s attack on Sumy, says it "crosses any line of decency"
U.S. Special Envoy for Ukraine, General Keith Kellogg, responded to the Russian missile strike on the center of Sumy on April 13, stating that this attack "crosses any line of decency"

According to Kellogg, the attack on civilian targets in Sumy on Palm Sunday resulted in dozens of deaths and injuries among civilians.

"Today's Palm Sunday attack by Russian forces on civilian targets in Sumy crosses any line of decency. There are scores of civilian dead and wounded. As a former military leader, I understand targeting and this is wrong," he said.
He emphasized that President Trump is doing everything he can to put an end to this war.
- On the morning of Palm Sunday, April 13, 2025, Russian troops launched missile strikes on the city center of Sumy. As a result of the attack, dozens of civilians, including children, were killed and wounded.
