Transnistria will not open second front, situation is under control - Odesa regional military administration
Ukrainian forces in control of situation in Odesa region: currently no threat of offensive from Transnistria
Odesa's regional military administration head Serhiy Bratchuk shared the information in his Telegram channel.
According to Bratchuk, the Ukrainian defense forces are ready to respond to Russian forces if they advance from Transnistria.
"No active actions to start any provocations have been observed. However, in case of any, there will be a clear Ukrainian response," he emphasized.
Also, according to him, the Ukrainian defense forces are conducting combat training, so residents of the region may hear certain sounds.
Regional head urges not to ignore air warning signals and, if necessary, to take shelter, as there is still a threat of attack by Caliber-type cruise missiles from the Black Sea.
"Our defense forces carry out combat training activities day and night. Therefore, do not be alarmed if you hear certain sounds, but do not ignore the air raid alarms. Ours are ready to repel any Russian attack," said Bratchuk.
