Today's missiles are challenge to NATO, it is terror that can and must be stopped - Zelenskyy on massive Russian attack
Commenting on Russia's massive missile attack on Ukraine on February 10, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called it a “challenge to NATO” and “terror that can and must be stopped”
This was reported by the press service of the President's Office.
“The enemy launched at least 70 missiles in another massive attack today. At least 60 missiles were shot down. Their targets were civilians and civilian infrastructure. Unfortunately, there were hits. Unfortunately, there are victims. My condolences to the families!” Zelenskyy said.
He mentioned the incident with the missiles that passed through the airspace of Moldova and Romania.
“This is another proof that terror doesn't recognize and will never recognize any boundaries. Another proof that the defense of Ukraine is the defense of the whole of Europe and the world, of every country that just wants to live,” the President of Ukraine said.
“Today's missiles are a challenge to NATO and collective security. This is terror that can and must be stopped,” he added.
At the same time, Zelenskyy thanked the Ukrainian air defense forces and all those who help defend Ukraine from the enemy.
