Mykolaiv regional state administration head Vitaly Kim shared the video in his Telegram channel.
He posted a video recording the moment Russian missiles hit the humanitarian headquarters in Mykolaiv.
"And this is the moment of hitting. Yes, at 3:00, the Russian occupiers hit one of our humanitarian headquarters with 2 missiles. Thousands of tons of products intended for children and the elderly were completely burned," Kim wrote.
