He said this in a comment to Bloomberg, RBC-Ukraine reports.
"There has been no progress in the talks, so it is difficult for me to understand what progress Putin is talking about," Kuleba said.
According to the Minister, talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov did not yield any results. Earlier today, Putin said that the negotiators had informed him about the progress in negotiations with Ukraine.
"I would like to inform you about the situation in Ukraine. First of all, about the current negotiations, which are held daily. There are some positive developments, as our negotiators have reported to me," he said.
