There is significant shortage of electricity in Ukraine, situation is complicated by weather - Ukrenergo

"As of December 15, there is a significant shortage of electricity in the energy system of Ukraine. The situation is significantly complicated by weather conditions: snow, icing, strong winds. In the east, the enemy has again struck one of the de-occupied areas with artillery. Energy infrastructure facilities have been damaged. Emergency and recovery work will begin after the permission of the military," the message says.

From the information, all oblenergos have proven limits on daily electricity consumption.  Unfortunately, in the morning in some areas, they have already been exceeded and emergency shutdowns have been applied.
