The Netherlands is planning to establish a register of damages – the first element of a mechanism under which Russia will compensate Ukraine for property losses caused by Russia's military aggression

This was announced by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy in his address at the end of the 359th day of the war.
“Together with the Netherlands, we are working to punish Russia for this aggression and to compensate for the damage caused by the war. There is already a concrete solution – to place a register of damage in The Hague. It is the first important element of the future compensation mechanism. I am sure we will reach other necessary solutions. Russia will be held fully responsible for everything it has done against Ukraine and the Ukrainians," he said.

On February 17, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Kyiv would work to create a coalition of countries willing to supply fighter jets, similar to the tank coalition.
