President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this during a press conference dedicated to the one-year anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
"I want to believe that China will be on the side of a just peace, which means on our side. This is important to me, I really want to believe that China will not supply weapons to Russia, and this is the number one point. I am doing everything to prevent this. It's better to be where China is now than in the arms of Russia – it's not fair, it's not just. There are risks that it will lead to World War III," he said.
