There are more than 40 servicemen with serious injuries on Azovstal, – Vereshchuk

Deputy Prime Minister – Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, Irya Vereshchuk said this, Ukrinform reports.

“Now there are more than 40 seriously injured, lying down, and they need rescue. The Ukrainian authorities have appealed to Russia and demand the extradition of those people who are not combatants and should be extradited to Ukraine under the Geneva Conventions because they need help,” she said.

According to Vereshchuk, the evacuation of the military is the responsibility of the military command and they are working on algorithms to resolve the situation.
