The Russian army is regrouping forces to attack Kharkiv again - Zelensky
Zelensky gives a speech at the Global Policy Forum and says that the Russians plan to attack Kharkiv again

This was highlighted by the President of Ukraine in his speech at the opening of the Institute for International Political Studies Global Policy Forum.
"Now the Russian army is trying to regroup its forces to attack Kharkiv again. We have liberated the region. And they want (to attack, - ed.) again, and we see it," Zelensky said.
The President also noted that 1.5 million civilians are currently living in Kharkiv.
Zelensky also added that occupying Russian forces are directing constant attacks against Mykolayiv, which currently has half a million inhabitants. They also carry out regular shelling and want to capture Slovyansk, which before the war was home to 100,000 people.
