On April 21, the Verkhovna Rada voted to extend martial law in Ukraine until May 25 People's Deputy Oleksiy Goncharenko announced this in a Telegram channel
"The Council extended the martial law in Ukraine from 5:30 a.m. on April 25 for another 30 days", he wrote.

Yaroslav Zheleznyak, an MP from the Voice faction, said that martial law would last until May 25. 300 people's deputies voted for this decision.
