The Metropolitan Opera and the Polish National Opera organize the Ukrainian Freedom Orchestra to help Ukrainian artists

From July 28 to August 20, the European and American tour of the Ukrainian Freedom Orchestra, which is currently being organized by the Metropolitan Opera and the Polish National Opera, will take place. The orchestra will be led by Canadian-Ukrainian conductor Keri-Lynn Wilson.
The tour kicks off at the Polish National Opera on July 28. It will include a televised performance at the BBC Proms in London on July 31. All funds collected from the tour should go to support Ukrainian artists.
The tour of the orchestra is organized with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, as well as the State Agency of Ukraine for Arts and Art Education.
