Kuyun added: “We have state regulation, but the formula for this state regulation and the calculation of marginal prices was carried out according to the pre-war formula, it was focused on Russian and Belarusian fuel. Now there is none, and the market is new. In addition, the cost of European fuel is equal to prices that the government recommends at gas stations. Accordingly, this creates conditions when no one will deliver fuel, because it will be a huge loss. All this gives hope that the market will be filled".
