Tanks with petroleum products catch fire in Bryansk region

This was announced on Telegram by the governor of the Bryansk region Alexander Bogomaz. 

"In the Surazhsky district, tanks with petroleum products are burning. Fire and rescue teams are working on the site. The fire area is 1800 sq. m. More than 80 people and 30 units were involved in extinguishing the fire equipment, in particular a fire train. Additionally, an airmobile group of the general directorate EMERCOM of Russia was sent to the Bryansk region. There was no information about the victims," the governor reports.

Recall that since April 2022, the Russian authorities have introduced a "yellow level of terrorist danger" in the Belgorod and Bryansk regions, and since October, a "medium response" mode has been introduced in the Bryansk, Belgorod regions and six other border regions. It provides for strengthening the protection of public order, a special mode of operation of state facilities and restrictions on entry and exit.
