Taking crossings out of action will speed up Russian forces' "acts of goodwill" in Kherson region - Ivan Kyrychevskyi
Defense Express expert Ivan Kyrychevskyi believes that the greatest achievement of the Ukrainian troops is that all the crossings that can be used by Russian forces at the Kherson bridgehead are gradually being taken out of action.
He said this on Espreso TV.
"The biggest achievement of our troops is that all the crossings that the Russians can use on the Kherson bridgehead are gradually disabled. And it is the pace of disabling the crossings that will affect how quickly the enemy will perform an "act of goodwill" and withdraw from the Kherson region", the military expert explained.
Ivan Kyrychevskyi noted that the number of crossings for the Russian forces in the Kherson direction is decreasing, in addition to the Antonivka Bridge and the bridge over the Inhulets River, there is also a road bridge with a carrying capacity of 19 tons next to the dam.
"If the road bridge withstands our blows, then Russian heavy equipment, including tanks, will not be able to pass there, and that will be very good. It turns out that if the bridge near the dam stands, the enemy will be able to escape, abandoning all their heavy equipment. That is, the Russians will commit an "act of goodwill", leave the equipment, and then we will have something to arm ourselves with", Kyrycheskyi said.
