Sweden will allocate 2 million dollars to Ukraine to strengthen nuclear security
The Swedish government allocates almost 2 million dollars to finance work of the International Atomic Energy Agency "to strengthen Ukraine's nuclear security".

"Strengthening the important work of IAEA to support and improve safety of Ukrainian nuclear power plants is an urgent matter," Minister of International Development and Foreign Trade Johan Forssell said.
Increased safety at nuclear power plants and around them will have a positive effect on electricity supply in Ukraine.
"The smallest number of power outages will mean that Ukrainian people will be better able to survive such harsh winter," the press service added in the message.
