Students forced to donate blood for wounded Russian soldiers – Denisova

Lyudmila Denisova, Commissioner for Human Rights at Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada, reported this in her Telegram channel.

Gorky, Luhansk Medical University, Luhansk Agrarian University, Luhansk Pedagogical University, Luhansk Academy of Internal Affairs", her statement said.

Denisova stresses that, in doing this, Russia is violating article 11 of the Additional Protocol to the Geneva Conventions of August 12, 1949, which seeks to protect the victims of international armed conflicts. She appealed to the UN Commission of Inquiry into Human Rights Violations during the Russian military invasion of Ukraine, given these incidents of human rights violations in Ukraine.
