SSU declares suspicion of Russian propagandist Armen Gasparyan, who called for genocide of Ukrainian people
The Security Service of Ukraine informed in absentia of suspicion the Russian journalist and publicist Armen Gasparyan for his public calls for the genocide of the Ukrainian people
This was reported in the department, informs Espreso.West.
"In his "works", the author publicly called for repressions against the Ukrainian population and the genocide of the nation. In particular, in the book "Denazification of Ukraine. The Land of Unlearned Lessons" the author promotes fictitious narratives about the failure of the formation of the Ukrainian state. And also calls on the Russian leadership to carry out a military attack on Ukraine in order to carry out "denazification", the message says.
The SSU noted that the anti-Ukrainian appeals described in this book are one of the justifications of the Russian leadership to its population for the crimes of large-scale genocide that they are now committing in Ukraine. The purchase of this book by the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation for the official use of officials was confirmed.
At present, Armen Gasparyan has been reported on suspicion of mass calls for the genocide of Ukrainians (part 2 of article 442 of the Criminal Code). Such crimes have no statute of limitations.
