According to the press service of the Spanish Ministry of Defense, Robles made the statement at a meeting in the Ramstein format.
"Robles reported on the current status of Spanish deliveries, noting, among other things, the upcoming delivery of 4 more Leopard 2A4 battle tanks and a new batch of M-113 infantry vehicles," the statement said.
The head of the Defense Ministry also noted good progress in training Ukrainian personnel in Spain, where 1,500 soldiers have been trained to date.
On April 28, Spanish Defense Minister Margarita Robles reported that the first 6 Leopard 2A4 tanks, which were handed over to the Ukrainian Armed Forces by Spain, were already in Poland and would be delivered to Ukraine by rail.
