South African delegation arrives in St. Petersburg for talks with Putin
On June 17, the delegation of the Republic of South Africa has arrived in St. Petersburg, Russia, to hold talks with Vladimir Putin on the settlement of Russia's war with Ukraine

The press service of South African President, Cyril Ramaphosa, announced the information.
On June 17, President Ramaphosa, together with the leaders of Zambia, Comoros and Senegal and the heads of government of Congo Brazzaville, Egypt and Uganda, as a member of the peacekeeping mission of African leaders, will meet with Putin in order to "seek a road to peace to the 16 months long conflict between Ukraine and Russia which has thus caused devastating economic impact, loss of life and global instability."
President Ramaphosa is accompanied by the Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Dr. Naledi Pandor. They plan to return home on June 18.
