Soldiers of Ukrainian Armed Forces repel 11 enemy attacks, Russian forces launch 5 missile strikes per day

This is stated in the morning report of the Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff.

"Over the past day, the enemy launched 5 missile attacks on settlements in the Kharkiv and Donetsk regions, carried out about 45 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of our troops and cities and villages," the press service reports.

On November 22, the Defense Forces repelled the attacks of the Russian military near the settlements of Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region and Spirne, Berestove, Bakhmut, Kurdiumivka, Pivnichne, Novobakhmutivka, Krasnohorivka, Pervomaiske, Nevelske and Mariinka in Donetsk region.

The general staff informs that on the Volyn and Polissya directions, the situation did not change significantly, and the military found no signs of forming enemy offensive groups.

• in the Siversk direction - in the border areas of the Bryansk and Kursk regions, from rocket and cannon artillery near the settlements of Semenivka in Chernihiv region and Novovasylivka, Kustyne, Druzhba, Vilna Sloboda and Shalyhine in Sumy region.

• in the Slobozhansk direction  - in the border areas of the Belgorod region, the enemy holds a group of troops and periodically attacks the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with mortars and barrel artillery. Areas of the settlements of Strilecha, Hlyboke, Krasne, Izbytske and Ohirtseve in the Kharkiv region were shelled.

• The Russian forces attempted to enter the sabotage and reconnaissance group in the area of the village of Staritsa. The group was neutralised by one of the units of the Ukrainian defenders and the Russian forces retreated.

• in the Kupyansk and Lyman directions - the Russian forces are on the defensive. It is known as attacks from tanks and artillery, particularly in the areas of the settlements of Kyslivka, Tabaivka, Krokhmalne, Berestove and Vyshneve in the Kharkiv region and Novoselivske, Stelmakhivka, Makiivka, Ploschanka, Yampolivka and Bilohorivka in Luhansk region.

• in the Bakhmut and Avdiivka directions - the enemy focuses its main efforts on conducting offensive operations. From tanks and the entire range of artillery, the Russian forces are firing at the areas of the settlements Spirne, Vyymka, Berestove, Soledar, Bakhmutske, Bakhmut, Opytne, Andriivka, Zelenopillya, Kurdyumivka, Yakovlivka, Klishchyivka, Avdiivka, Vodiane, Pervomaiske, Nevelske and Mariinka.

• in the Novopavlivsk and Zaporizhzhia directions - the Russian forces are defending. The shelling of the positions of the Defense Forces and the areas of Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Shakhtarske, Velyka Novosilka, Vremivka, Novopil in the Donetsk region and Zelenyi Hai, Dorozhnyanka, Temyrivka, Poltavka, Chervone and Orikhiv in Zaporizhzhia region was recorded.

• in the Kryvyi Rih and Kherson directions -  in these areas, Russian troops are conducting positional defence and improving the fortification equipment of positions. The enemy does not stop artillery attacks on Ukrainian troops' positions or settlements on the right bank of the Dnipro river. Russian forces used cannon and rocket artillery to shell the settlements of Mariivka, Dnipropetrovsk region; Dudchany, Kachkarivka, Novotyahynka, Tokarivka, Poniativka, Antonivka and Dniprovske, Kherson region and the city of Kherson.

To recall, the defenders of Ukraine in Zaporizhzhia region destroyed an enemy S-300 and 5 units of equipment, wounded Russian soldiers were delivered to hospitals in the occupied territory of the Kherson region.
