Slovakia will repair German equipment for Ukraine

This was announced by German Ambassador to Ukraine Anka Feldhusen during a briefing at the Media Center - Ukraine.

"This process of servicing, especially Panzerhaubitze, in Slovakia has been going on for a long time, but yesterday a document was finally signed that these Panzerhaubitze are now going directly to Slovakia, that is, not so far away," the ambassador said.

According to Feldhusen, Germany has always insisted that along with tanks and other weapons, not only training, but also spare parts and maintenance should be included in the aid provided.

• In early March, it was reported that Germany would increase its ammunition production and equipment repair capacity to support Ukraine. According to Chancellor Scholz, the country has set up repair facilities for weapons used in the war in locations outside of Ukraine.

• German Ambassador Anka Feldhusen said that Germany is one of the largest EU suppliers of weapons to Ukraine and tries to provide everything necessary. According to her, this policy of Germany is quite new for the country.
