Six Russian missiles destroy humanitarian aid warehouse in Kharkiv

Russian forces launched six missiles to demolish a warehouse where humanitarian aid for the city of Kharkiv and the region was stored

This was reported by Suspilne TV. 

"There were no military facilities on this territory. Humanitarian aid warehouses are located here. This is all you need to know about the Russian forces, who today spared no expense in sending six S-300 missiles to destroy the humanitarian aid needed by civilians," Volodymyr Tymoshko, chief of the Kharkiv region police told. 

Two Russian missiles were shot down by the air defense system. 

Aсcording to the preliminary information, there are injured people, Kharkiv region police informed. 

"Fragments and parts of a downed missile were found in the Slobidskyi district, which according to their characteristics correspond to the missiles of the S-300 anti-aircraft missile complex. Employees of the investigative and operational teams, forensic experts, and specialists of the explosives management inspected the scenes. Physical evidence was found," the police wrote.

Investigators have opened criminal proceedings under part 1 of Art.  438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides from 8 to 12 years of imprisonment.
