Serhiy Shakun, an officer with the Armed Forces of the Luhansk region, shared the information on Espreso TV.

Russian forces are preparing to flee, even though they are bringing in a large number of military personnel and the equipment they have. Intelligence is working, intelligence knows the data - the situation is ambiguous. Those saying "We would have done so and so." Come and show. Our men are fighting, defeating Russian invaders, imposing really a lot of damage," he said.
According to the officer, Ukrainian fighters need more equipment and weapons.
"Evacuation equipment is still needed - four-wheel drive cars with big wheels. Now the snow will melt again and everything will be swampy. The guys with injuries must be taken away. We need more equipment, not only so that we can fight with machine guns," Shakun concluded.
