"I would not like to sow pessimistic sentiments, but the situation in Bakhmut is very difficult. I am currently in the city of Kramatorsk and Ukraine's Armed Forces are preparing to repel enemy attacks. There is a possibility that the enemy is planning to attack our positions. Here, all intersections and roads are equipped with protective structures," Dovbnia said.
The deputy of the Druzhkivka City Council said that Ukraine's Armed Forces are strengthening their positions near Bakhmut in order to repel enemy attacks.
"Everyone is preparing to repel the enemy. From the side of Slovyansk, I am sure that the enemy will not pass. The positions of our troops have been very well fortified there since 2014. The same applies to Toretsk. However, the situation in Bakhmut is a little more complicated. Therefore, we pray for our military personnel defending Bakhmut," he added.
