He announced this on the air of the Espreso TV channel.

"The situation on the right bank of the Dnipro is tense. Unfortunately, the enemy is reaching this territory with barrel artillery. That is why the Kherson commandant advises to leave the city and not to return to this liberated territory yet," Pletenchuk said.

The press officer also emphasized that the humanitarian situation in Kherson remains difficult.

"The humanitarian situation in the city is quite difficult. Until now, there is no electricity in Kherson. There is also no heating and water supply. Humanitarian aid is delivered to Kherson every day. However, the Russians are beginning to repeat their tactics of shelling the city, similar to Mykolaiv. Accordingly, shelling of the city of Kherson is becoming more frequent every day. And this is the main problem," he added.
