Sham referendum organizers ask locals to use ballots of the dead, people who left Kherson region - journalist Molchanov

He said this on Espreso TV. 

"The activity of vote gatherers decreased a little, apparently they realized that they don't need to try to collect a certain number of votes, but they can just draw the necessary numbers according to the plan," the journalist noted.

Volodymyr Molchanov said that the vast majority of signature collectors do not have any lists, and some have some homemade lists from local councils. And the minority seems to have those lists that were stolen from the Kherson regional archive, that is, they are lists of voters two years ago.

"It is interesting that these lists are absolutely unnecessary for those who collect votes on the streets. But with the lists, they try to attract the dead and those who have fled to vote. That is, when they find someone, they force a person to vote for their relatives who have died or for neighbors who do not open the door. There were such cases that one person voted several times, not wanting to do so," Molchanov added.
