Severodonetsk, Rubizhne, Lysychansk, Kreminna came under enemy fire - Sergiy Haidai

This was announced by the head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration Serhiy Haidai.

21 people were rescued, 2 dead - among them a policeman.

"There were 10 fires in these cities. 18 buildings were damaged, including 6 apartment buildings and 6 private houses, the building of the Patrol Police Department, and infrastructure facilities. Unfortunately, we have two dead - among them a resident of Lysychansk and a police officer. 5 people were injured, 21 people were rescued from the rubble. 36 settlements in the region remain without electricity - 23 completely, 13 partially. 123,645 consumers are without electricity," Serhiy Haidai said.
