This was announced by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Haidai.

Serhiy Haidai emphasized that despite the attempts of the Russian invaders to break through the Ukrainian defenses in various areas of the front, the Ukrainian military is causing losses to the Russian forces in all directions where active hostilities are taking place.

"The Russians have once again resorted to missile terror, shelling populated areas twice", Serhiy Haidai clarified. Two more times they launched artillery fire and, as well as involved mortars. Drones were used repeatedly. The Armed Forces of Ukraine stopped the Russians' assault in six areas. The occupiers were forced to leave, in particular, in the area of Verkhnokamyanske".

Serhiy Haidai also said that the Russian invaders are unable to restore order in the settlements they occupy. In particular, Rubizhne was completely seized more than 2.5 months ago. The central and northern parts – almost 4 months. And in the city - despite the loud statements of the occupation authorities to fix everything quickly - there are still no basic communications. The Russians cannot organize even the elementary removal of garbage that has accumulated in yards since spring. And that's why it all turned into spontaneous landfills in every quarter. Cars mutilated a few months ago have not been removed from the roads either. Since similar promises of the Russian occupiers to organize life are heard on the streets of Lysychansk and Severodonetsk, people should see an unsuccessful example of the restoration of Rubizhne.

However, for the first time in three months, spontaneous burials began to be organized in Rubizhne - the remains of 10 residents of the city were removed.

"They killed the civilians of the Luhansk region, and during this time they were not even able to rebury them", Serhiy Haidai said. "Hundreds of citizens remain buried near their own homes. There are currently more than 400 officially identified victims of the Russian invasion. These are those who died as a result of shelling. And there were those people whose heart simply stopped from an explosion nearby, or an ambulance could not get to a person due to unrelenting shelling. In Severodonetsk, the cemetery built in the spring near Lisova Dacha has about 600 graves. When the situation in Lysychansk escalated, the National Police carried out burials there - about 200 dead and deceased. Almost all of them were identified and buried according to the customs of a dignified farewell. But the occupying power is not able to do this either".
