Sea mine explodes near Romanian resort coast

According to local authorities, a sea mine exploded after hitting a pier. No one was seriously injured in the incident. However, there is a concern that another mine could be adrift in the sea.
The explosion injured a man who complained of hearing damage but refused hospitalization.
The Romanian Navy has also prepared a team of demining divers who, together with the Coast Guard, will go to the area to assess the situation and defuse the second mine if it is found.
