According to the historian, most of the missiles currently striking Ukraine from Russia were produced within the past few months, and a significant portion of the technology embedded in these missiles originates from the United States and other Western countries.

“The sanctions model has to be enforced if we're going to stop this war. That wasn't mentioned, and it has to be mentioned because this is something that the Treasury and other parts of the federal government need to be doing something about. The whole character of this war and how many are being killed has to do with western technology, which we have to stop from entering Russia,” the scholar stressed.
