US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink wrote this on Twitter.
"Sanctions and export controls have already degraded Moscow’s ability to carry out its imperial project - despite Russia’s escalatory attacks on infrastructure, State Department Sanctions Coordinator O’Brien came to Ukraine to discuss additional measures to increase pressure on Russia," Brink wrote.
