Russia's war against Ukraine becomes test for friendship and partnership with other nations

The role of fraternal Lithuania is outstanding in this regard. Equally significant is the great, truly historic support and solidarity from Poland. I consider the help from all nations that stand firmly side by side with Ukraine invaluable

Wise people from all sides of the world should hold this unique brotherhood on their shoulders, cherish it, and work together to solve any problems that arise in the flow of daily relations. No problem should overshadow the most important thing – the alliance with those who came to the rescue of Ukraine from the first days of Russia's full-scale aggression against our country.

This was discussed today at the Kyiv Security Forum office with our great friends: Andrius Kubilius, a member of the KSF Security Council, former Prime Minister of Lithuania and now a member of the European Parliament, his colleagues Juozas Olekas, Mark Demesmaeker, and Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania to Ukraine Valdemaras Sarapinas.

As Andrius Kubilius said, "the formula of supporting Ukraine 'as long as it takes' is not enough." "We want Ukraine to win this war and Russia to be defeated. The West must realize that Ukraine's victory is the key to transforming the world."

I know for sure that with such loyal friends, Ukraine will liberate the occupied land, defeat the aggressor, confiscate its assets, receive the necessary reparations, realize its goal of EU and NATO membership, and implement an international plan to restore our economy, which will help establish us as a prosperous, strong and influential state.
