Russia’s tactics in 25th Army of Russian Federation deployment

"The Russians have been trying to carry out offensive actions in the Lyman-Kupyansk direction for a long time. The Ukrainian Defense forces are on the defensive. The Russians have sent the 25th Army of the Russian Federation to this direction, but it is not yet staffed. It has been formed not so long ago and is an element of the Russian occupiers' reflection on the losses suffered by the Russians in the combat zone," Kovalenko noted.  

According to him, the 25th Army of the Russian Federation has 30,000 personnel, which includes 37 armored personnel carriers.

"To equip this number, 400 tanks and 1,200 armored vehicles are needed, but they do not have this equipment in service. They have only infantry components. That is, the invaders will use the 25th Army of the Russian Federation for “meat” assaults. But they have no offensive potential on a wide front. Russian officers call this army a joke," Kovalenko emphasized.

• Over the past day, Russian troops tried to regain lost ground at the front and attack on the eastern and southern directions, but the Ukrainian Defense Forces successfully repelled the attacks. At the same time, the losses of Russian personnel almost reached 280,000.
