Russia's September 6 massive attack on Ukraine: Air defense destroyed 8 missiles
On the night of September 6, Russian troops attacked Ukrainian territory with cruise and ballistic missiles as well as drones. Air defense forces destroyed 23 air targets

This was reported by Ukraine's Air Force.
It is specified that the enemy fired 33 air targets in total, including 7 air-launched missiles of the Kh-101/Kh-555/Kh-55 type, one Iskander-M ballistic missile, and 25 Shahed-136/131 attack drones.
Instead, the Air Defense Forces destroyed:
- 7 Kh-101/Kh-555/Kh-55 cruise missiles

15 Shahed-136/131 strike UAVs.
"Air defense was working along the route of the missiles and drones. Anti-aircraft missile troops, fighter aircraft, mobile fire groups, and other military units were involved in repelling the air attack," the statement reads.
