Russia’s night attack: critical infrastructure object hit in Lviv, farm property damaged in Zaporizhzhia 

On the night of June 20, as a result of a Russian attack, farm property in Zaporizhzhia was damaged, and a critical infrastructure facility in Lviv was hit and caught fire. Meanwhile, in Kyiv and Mykolaiv regions, air defense was shooting down attack drones

Zaporizhzhia region 

Yuriy Malashko, the head of the Zaporizhzhia regional military administration, reported on the attack's impact on the region. This time, the Russian troops targeted communications, property and equipment of an agricultural and farming enterprise, and a popular vacation spot.

Lviv

Between 4:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., Lviv and the surrounding region experienced sounds resembling the movement of Shaheds and accompanying explosions multiple times. The region's head, Maksym Kozytskyi, and Lviv's mayor, Andriy Sadovyi, warned of the danger and urged people to seek safety. Following the alarm in Lviv, Kozytskyi reported damage to a critical infrastructure object and a fire in the city. 

"Around 5 a.m., Lviv was attacked by enemy Shahed drones. They hit a critical facility. Three hits. The ceiling between floors was damaged, windows were smashed. There were no casualties or injuries. There was a fire," emphasized Kozytskyi.

Firefighters, emergency services, and utility workers are currently on-site, but no casualties have been reported. Public transportation routes have been temporarily changed.

Kyiv and Kyiv region

The Ukrainian Air Force warned of potential missile attacks, including ballistic weapons, and the risk of drone strikes. Explosions were reported in the Zaporizhzhia region by Suspilne and confirmed by the BBC, which mentioned sounds of explosions in the Mykolaiv region where the local media reported the involvement of air defense forces.

According to the Kyiv city military administration, nearly 20 enemy targets, identified as Iranian Shaheds, were detected and destroyed in the airspace surrounding Kyiv.

In the Mykolaiv region, the air defense forces successfully neutralized three Shahed-131/136 strike fighters.
