According to information from the CPD at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, on July 27, the Russians spread yet another nonsense about Ukraine.

Misinformation: The representative of Russia at the UN, Iryna Tyazhlova, stated that "Russia considers the accusations against it of cyber-aggression to be baseless, in case of claims, any state can directly address the competent Russian structures."

Manipulation: Russian collaborator, the temporarily occupied territories’  "leader" in the Kharkiv region Vitaliy Ganchev stated that "the  Ukrainian armed forces constantly fire at the civilian population of the Kharkiv region in order to show imaginary victories, and the counteroffensive of the Ukrainian troops is impossible and leads to losses on the Ukrainian side."

Disinformation: Russian propagandists, referring to the French association for aid to refugees, reported that "in France, families refuse to accommodate refugees from Ukraine, so it is becoming more and more difficult for Ukrainians to find a place to stay."
