The Ukrainian defender shared the details during a press conference broadcast on the Espreso TV channel.
"The Russians forced us to run. They gave us 600 grams of water for 2 days. And this water was not drinkable at all. It was very difficult. Russia did not observe any Geneva Conventions. We had nothing medical," Chepurko said.
The "Azov" fighter added that the Russians took some prisoners from the barracks and tortured them for 2-3 days.
"I saw how the Russians took boys from our barracks for 2-3 days and then brought them back beaten, with broken ribs. 10 of us slept in a room one meter by one meter. We slept on the floor," said Denys Chepurko.
