The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff reported this.

In particular, the Russian occupation authorities in Skadovsk and Kalanchak, threatening to confiscate personal property, are forcing local businesses to speed up the process of obtaining Russian passports and re-registering movable and immovable property under Russian law.

“In the absence of a Russian passport, pensioners are threatened with being deprived of their pension payments. As a result, local citizens have experienced social tension and fears of losing their property and businesses,” the report says.

Invading Russian forces launched 3 missile attacks and 22 airstrikes

It is noted that during the day, the Russian enemy launched 3 missile strikes, 22 airstrikes, as well as over 30 attacks with multiple launch rocket systems.

The Russian Federation continued shelling the entire line of contact: 3 settlements in the Chernihiv region, 7 settlements in the Sumy region, as well as over 20 cities and villages in the Kharkiv region were attacked.

In the Kupiansk and Lyman directions, the enemy shelled 10 settlements in the Kharkiv, Luhansk and Donetsk regions.

In the Bakhmut direction, over 15 settlements of the Donetsk region were attacked.

In the Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk directions, the invading Russian forces shelled over 20 settlements of the Donetsk region.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, over 23 towns and villages were subjected to enemy fire.

In the Kherson direction, Kherson city and the areas around more than 30 settlements were affected by enemy artillery fire.

In particular, it is reported that on February 19, the occupying Russian forces shelled the town of Hola Prystan, Kherson region, with artillery to accuse and discredit the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

"Also, in order to create a negative attitude towards the Ukrainian Defense Forces, the occupiers continue shelling civilian objects in certain settlements of Kakhovka and Holoprystan districts of the Kherson region.”

The post also notes that the Defense Forces' aviation launched 16 strikes on the Russian troops' military positions and struck an enemy anti-aircraft missile system at a firing position.
